摘  要:目的利用天然高分子聚合物壳聚糖(CS)及羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)与骨组织主要成分羟基磷灰石(HAP)、磷酸三钙(β-TCP)复合聚甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(PGMA),制备一种可临床应用的骨移植材料。方法分别配制20%CS与20%CMC凝胶,将不同质量(HAP/TCP=1)粉体与配制的凝胶充分搅拌混匀,置于模具中定型,在真空干燥后,加甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA),60Coγ射线辐照,并进行力学性能测试和细胞增殖试验。结果经力学试验测定,复合材料压缩强度为317.6MPa;复合材料采用人骨肉瘤细胞进行增值实验,其表面的细胞增值率为9。结论复合材料具有良好的力学性能与较好的生物相容性,完全可作为临床应用的骨移植材料。Objective A kind of clinical bone graft material was prepared by using chitosan(CS),sodium carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC),hydroxyapatite(HAP)and tricalcium phosphate(β-TCP)combined with polyglycidyl methacrylate(PGMA).Methods 20%CS and 20%CMC gels were prepared,and powders of different mass(HAP/TCP=1)were fully stirred and mixed with the prepared gels,and then the gels were set in a mold.After vacuum drying,the glycidyl methacrylate(GMA)was added and was irradiated by 60Coγ-rays.Results The maximum compressive strength of the composite was 317.6MPa by mechanical test.After one week of osteocyte proliferation experiment,the proliferation rate of osteocytes on the surface of the composite material reached 9.Conclusion The composite material has good mechanical properties and good biocompatibility,and could be used as bone graft material for clinical application.
