摘　　要：目的:分析雷帕霉素药物洗脱支架(SES)治疗急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)患者的效果。方法:2018年3月-2020年3月收治STEMI患者74例,随机分为两组。观察组在经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)术中应用SES;对照组则应用金属裸支架(BMS)。比较两组患者心功能指标水平及心脏不良事件发生率。结果:两组治疗后心率(HR)、左室射血分数(LVEF)及左房内径(LAD)水平均较治疗前显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后HR、LVEF、LAD水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。随访中,观察组心脏不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对STEMI患者应用SES治疗,能够获得满意的治疗效果,有利于改善患者心功能,并提升预后。Objective:To analyze the effect of rapamycin drug-eluting stent(SES)in the treatment of patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI).Methods:From March 2018 to March 2020,74 patients with STEMI were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups.The observation group was treated with SES during percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).The control group was treated with bare metal stent(BMS).The levels of cardiac function indexes and the incidence of cardiac adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results:The heart rate(HR),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and left atrial inner diameter(LAD)levels after treatment in the two groups were significantly improved compared to before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the levels of HR,LVEF,and LAD between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).During the follow-up,the incidence of adverse cardiac events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of SES therapy to STEMI patients can achieve satisfactory therapeutic effects,which is beneficial to improve the cardiac function of patients and enhance the prognosis.
