摘　　要：目的:探讨鼻内筛窦切除术联合鼻息肉摘除术在鼻息肉患者中的应用效果。方法:2018年2月-2021年1月收治鼻息肉患者94例,随机分为两组。对照组进行鼻息肉摘除术;研究组在鼻息肉摘除术基础上进行鼻内筛窦切除术。比较两组治疗效果。结果:两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗3个月后CD8+水平低于对照组,CD3+及CD4+水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对鼻息肉患者进行鼻内筛窦切除术联合鼻息肉摘除术治疗的效果理想,可改善患者免疫功能,且并发症发生率低。Objective:To investigate the effect of intranasal ethmoidectomy combined with nasal polypectomy in patients with nasal polyps.Methods:From February 2018 to January 2021,94 patients with nasal polyps were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups.The control group underwent nasal polypectomy.The study group underwent intranasal ethmoidectomy on the basis of nasal polypectomy.We compared the treatment effects of the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment in the study group,the CD8+level was lower than the control group,and the CD3+and CD4+levels were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of intranasal ethmoidectomy combined with nasal polypectomy on patients with nasal polyps is ideal,which can improve the immune function of patients and has a low incidence of complications.
