中医周期疗法治疗人流术后子宫内膜损伤的疗效及对子宫内膜容受性的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析中医周期疗法治疗人流术后子宫内膜损伤的临床疗效及对子宫内膜容受性的影响。方法:2017年1月-2018年6月收治人流术后子宫内膜损伤患者120例,随机分为两组,各60例。对照组接受常规西药治疗;研究组接受中医周期疗法治疗。比较两组患者子宫内膜下螺旋动脉血流搏动指数(PI)、阻力指数(RI)、子宫内膜厚度、第一周期与第二周期的月经复潮时间。结果:研究组治疗后PI、RI水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术后14 d及21 d子宫内膜厚度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组第一周期月经复潮时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组第二周期月经复潮时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对人流术后子宫内膜损伤应用中医周期疗法治疗,可提高子宫内膜容受性,还可维持月经周期稳定性。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine cycle therapy on endometrial injury after artificial abortion and its influence on endometrial receptivity.Methods:From January 2017 to June 2018,120 patients with endometrial injury after abortion were selected,the were divided into the two groups with 60 cases in each group.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment.The study group received traditional Chinese medicine cycle therapy.The blood flow pulsatility index(PI),resistance index(RI),endometrial thickness,and time of menstrual rehydration in the first and second cycles were compared between the two groups of patients.Results:After treatment,the PI and RI levels of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The thickness of the endometrium in the study group was higher than that of the control group at 14 days and 21 days after operation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the menstrual recovery time between the two groups in the first cycle(P>0.05).The second-cycle menstrual recovery time in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of traditional Chinese medicine cycle therapy for endometrial injury after artificial abortion can improve the receptivity of the endometrium and maintain the stability of the menstrual cycle.
