补肾通痹汤对腰椎间盘突出患者腰椎功能及疼痛程度的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨补肾通痹汤对腰椎间盘突出(LDH)患者腰椎功能及疼痛程度的影响。方法:2017年5月-2020年5月收治LDH患者116例,随机分为两组,各58例。B组给予牵引及理疗治疗;A组在牵引及理疗基础上给予补肾通痹汤治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、腰椎功能(JOA)评分、疼痛程度(VAS)评分、炎症指标水平及不良反应发生率。结果:A组治疗后VAS评分低于B组,JOA评分高于B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组治疗后C反应蛋白(CRP)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平均低于B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:补肾通痹汤能够有效改善LDH患者腰椎功能,缓解疼痛及炎性反应,促进患者康复。Objective:To investigate the effect of Bushen Tongbi decoction on lumbar function and pain degree of patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation(LDH).Methods:From May 2017 to May 2020,116 patients with LDH were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 58 cases in each group.The group B was given traction and physiotherapy.The group A was given Bushen Tongbi decoction on the basis of traction and physiotherapy.The clinical efficacy,lumbar function(JOA)score,pain degree(VAS)score,inflammation index levels and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the VAS score of the group A was lower than that of the group B,and the JOA score was higher than that of the group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the group A were lower than those in the group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Tongbi decoction can effectively improve the lumbar function of patients with LDH,relieve pain and inflammation,and promote the recovery of patients.
