医护一体化模式对无张力修补术治疗腹股沟斜疝患者护理效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析给予无张力修补术腹股沟斜疝患者医护一体化模式的护理效果。方法:选取2019年7月-2020年4月行无张力修补术治疗的腹股沟斜疝患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组实施外科围术期基础护理;观察组实施医护一体化护理模式。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组患者对疾病知识的掌握度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后疼痛程度及住院费用均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:接受无张力修复术的腹股沟斜疝患者在围术期的护理中实施医护一体化模式,对于加深患者对自身疾病的认知具有深远意义。Objective:To analyze the nursing effect of the integrated medical care model for patients with indirect inguinal hernia by tension-free repair.Methods:From July 2019 to April 2020,100 patients with indirect inguinal hernia who underwent tension-free repair were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 50 cases in each group.The control group implemented surgical perioperative basic nursing.The observation group implemented the integrated medical care nursing model.We compared the nursing effect of the two groups.Results:The patients in the observation group had higher knowledge of diseases than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative pain and hospitalization expenses in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of an integrated model of medical care for patients with indirect inguinal hernia undergoing tension-free repair surgery in their perioperative care is of far-reaching significance for deepening patients'awareness of their own diseases.
