探讨全程护理干预在无痛胃镜联合肠镜检查中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨全程护理干预对无痛胃镜联合肠镜检查患者的效果。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年12月行无痛胃肠镜检查的患者126例,随机分为两组,各63例。试验组采用全程护理干预;对照组采用常规护理。比较两组干预效果。结果:试验组镇静效果明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组检查前的配合度高于对照组,焦虑、抑郁发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组收缩压、舒张压和脉搏水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应发生率均明显低于对照组,满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在无痛胃肠镜检查中采用全程护理干预,明显提高了患者对检查的耐受性以及检查的依从性,降低了医疗安全的隐患,提高了患者对护理的满意度。Objective:To explore the effect of whole-course nursing intervention on patients undergoing painless gastroscopy combined with colonoscopy.Methods:From January 2019 to December 2020,126 patients who underwent painless gastrointestinal endoscopy were selected,they were divided into the two groups with 63 cases in each group.The experimental group adopted whole-course nursing intervention.The control group adopted conventional nursing.We compared the intervention effects of the two groups.Results:The sedative effect of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The degree of cooperation of the experimental group before inspection was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of anxiety and depression was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and pulse level of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the satisfaction degree was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of whole-course nursing intervention in the painless gastrointestinal endoscopy significantly improves the patient's tolerance and compliance with the examination,reduces the hidden dangers of medical safety,and improves the patients'satisfaction with nursing.
