摘　　要：日间手术是实现价值医疗的重要手段,经过上百年的发展,欧美国家已将其广泛应用于儿童专科手术。国内经过不断探索,儿童日间手术发展已初具规模,但仍有较大发展空间。本文旨在回顾梳理我国儿科日间手术开展现状和运行模式,从政策、需求侧和宏观环境机遇等方面识别我国儿科日间手术发展的动因和阻碍因素,进而从政府、医保、医院、医生等角度对儿童开展日间手术提出对策建议。Day surgery is one of important means to achieve value-based medical care, which is widely used in pediatric day surgery in European and American countries after hundreds of years of development. In China, the development of children’s day surgery has begun to take sharp through continuously exploration, but there is still a big room for development. This paper aims to review and tease current situation and operation mode of pediatric day surgery in China, and identify the agent and obstructive factors of the development of pediatric day surgery in China from policy, demand side, macro-environment, opportunity and other sides, so as to put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the development of pediatric day surgery from the perspective of government administration, medical insurance, hospital, doctors and so on.
