摘  要:根据《水污染防治行动计划》、《江苏省水污染防治工作方案》、《省住房城乡建设厅关于加快推进城市供水管网漏损控制工作的通知》以及苏州市有关管网漏损率控制的相关要求,并针对供水企业实际问题,供水管网分区计量已经成为供水企业信息化建设中重要的组成部分,其为管网状态评估、管网规划设计、优化运行及制定事故应急预案等提供科学依据。文中阐述了供水管网分区及漏损控制、区域流量计的安装及应用的区域。实践证明,昆山水司所建立的分区计量试点对整个昆山城区供水管网的运营和管理发挥了非常重要的作用,这是实现供水系统节能降耗的有效途径。According to Action Plan for Prevention and Control of Water Pollution,Work Plan of Water Pollution Prevention and Control of Jiangsu Province,Notice of Department of Housing and Urban Rural Development of Jiangsu Province on Accelerating the Leakage Control of Urban Water Supply Pipe Network,relevant requirements of Suzhou City on the leakage rate control of pipe network,and aiming at the actual problems of water supply enterprises,the area measurement of water supply pipe network has become an important part of the information construction of water supply enterprises.It provides scientific basis for the assessment of pipeline network state,the planning and design of pipeline network,the optimization of operation and the formulation of emergency plan.This paper describes water supply network zoning and leakage control,regional flowmeter installation and application area.Practice has proved that pilot zone measurement set up by Kunshan Water Company plays a very important role in the operation and management of the water supply network in the whole kunshan city,which is an effective way to realize the energy saving and consumption reduction of the water supply system.
