摘  要:为探究叶绿素a与藻密度的相关性,试验分别以实验室条件下的纯藻种和水源型水库中的天然藻体为研究对象,通过定期对叶绿素a、藻密度的变化对比及线性相关性分析得出,实验室条件下单一藻种的叶绿素a与藻密度间存在显著线性正相关,水源型水库中叶绿素a与藻密度的相关性具有季节性特征,并通过LINEST函数模拟叶绿素a与藻密度的线性方程,构建叶绿素a-藻密度预测模型,可为水厂的藻类预警监测提供新思路。In order to explore the correlation between chlorophyll a and algae density,this experiment took pure algae species under laboratory conditions and natural algae in water-sourced reservoirs as research objects.Through regular comparison and linearity of the change trend of chlorophyll a and algae density correlation analysis,it showed that there was a significant linear positive correlation between chlorophyll a and algae density in a single algae species under laboratory conditions,correlation between chlorophyll a and algae density in water-sourced reservoirs had seasonal characteristics.And LINEST function is used to simulate the linear equation of chlorophyll a and algae density to construct a chlorophyll a-algae density prediction model,which can provide new ideas for the early warning and monitoring of algae in water plants.
