摘  要:为提高包头市水厂以自来水为水源制备直饮水的效率,减轻余氯对反渗透膜的降解,筛选活性炭法去除自来水中余氯所需的最佳碘值和最适流速。结果表明,碘值为1100 mg/g的煤质粒状活性炭对余氯去除效果最好,去除率最高可达95%,而目前工艺中使用的碘值为1000 mg/g活性炭去除率为85%左右,活性炭的不同碘值对自来水中Cl-去除影响较大,对pH、总溶解性固体(TDS)、氧化还原电位影响较小。此外,采用碘值为1100 mg/g活性炭过滤时,可在10 m/h基础上适当增大过滤速度以提高制水效率、降低制水成本,为水厂健康发展提供一定帮助。In order to improve the production efficiency of drinking water which have from tap water as their source,reduce the degradation of residual chlorine on reverse osmosis membrane and select optimal iodine value and flow rate for removing residual chlorine in tap water by using activated carbon process.Results showed that the iodine value of 1100 mg/g coal based granular activated carbon had the best removal effect on residual chlorine,and removal rate could reach 95%.While iodine value used in current process was 1000 mg/g and its active removal rate was about 85%.Iodine value of activated carbon had a great impact on the removal of chloride ions in tap water,but it had little impact on pH,TDS and redox potential.In addition,when the iodine value of 1100 mg/g is used for activated carbon filtration,filtration speed can be appropriately increased on the basis of 10 m/h,so as to improve the efficiency of the water production efficiency and reduce the cost of water production.It can provide certain help for the healthy development of water plants.
