摘 要:城市污水厂排放尾水中普遍存在氮磷含量较高的现象,利用人工湿地去除氮、磷元素易受碳源不足的限制。试验目的在于从预处理后的玉米秆和美人蕉秆中选出强化人工湿地脱氮除磷的生物质材料。文中以NaOH浓度、加热时间和加热温度为影响因素研究玉米秆和美人蕉秆的释碳性能,并将最优预处理条件下的碳源分别投入塑料、沸石和陶粒的人工湿地中测定进出水污染物浓度,选出最适合的预处理方法及填料。结果显示,玉米秆在4%NaOH、95℃加热0.5 h的最优预处理条件下更适合作为人工湿地的外加碳源,并以陶粒为填料时,装置去除氮磷的效果更优。High content of nitrogen and phosphorus is common in the tail water of municipal wastewater treatment plant,and the removal of nitrogen and phosphorus from constructed wetland is easily limited by the lack of carbon source.Purpose of this experiment was to select biomass materials for enhanced nitrogen and phosphorus removal from pretreated corn stalk and canna stalk.In this paper,NaOH concentration,heating time and heating temperature were used as the influencing factors to study the carbon release properties of corn stalk and canna stalk.Carbon sources under optimal pretreatment conditions were put into the constructed wetland of plastic,zeolite and ceramsite,respectively,to measure the concentration of water pollutants in the influent and effluent of the constructed wetland,and the most suitable pretreatment method and substrate were selected.Experiments showed that the corn stalk was more suitable as the added carbon source of constrcted wetland under the optimal pretreatment condition of heating at 95°C for 0.5 hour in 4%NaOH,and the removal effect of nitrogen and phosphours was better when the ceramsite is used as substrate.
