摘　　要：高效溢流雨水净化装置是"海绵城市"建设的重要组成硬件。在借鉴吸收基础上,研发了国内首套净化装置;论述了装置中混合、反应、沉淀三单元的设计依据及一体化优势;研究了处理不同废水时的运行情况。结果表明,对生活污水的CODCr去除率可达50%;特别是对溢流雨水的CODCr和SS去除效果好,去除率可超过90%,且处理量大,表面负荷为初次沉淀池的10倍以上。对比分析了成套装置与实际工程在处理规模和运行参数的差异后,论证了沉淀池流态的重要性,指出保持竖流式流型是工艺放大的难点。Efficient purification device of rainwater overflow is an important element of sponge city construction.Based on adsorption and reference process,it has been developed as the first purification device.This paper discusses the design basis and integration advantage of mixing,reaction and sedimentation units in the device.Operation results indicate that the CODCrremoval of municipal wastewater reaches 50%,while the treatment of rainwater overflow receives effective removal of CODCrand SS,exceeding 90%,with strong treatment capacity and larger surface loading than primary sedimentation tank by ten times.Under the comparison and analysis of scale and operating parameters between complete plant and practical project,it proves the importance of flow pattern in sedimenta-tion tank and pointed out that the difficulty in process scale-up is to maintain vertical pattern.
