中医临床辨证治疗眩晕的疗效及安全性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医辨证治疗对眩晕病患者的临床疗效及安全性,总结经验以指导临床治疗。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年12月在安徽省安庆市宿松县中医院诊治的126例眩晕患者作为研究对象,将研究对象随机分为对照组和观察组,各63例,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用中医辨证疗法,治疗4周,分析两组患者疗效及药物不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组总有效率为90.47%(57/63),对照组总有效率为68.26%(43/63),疗效差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者治疗前总眩晕发作次数、总眩晕时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者治疗后,总眩晕发作次数、总眩晕时间均明显减少,但观察组更优(P<0.05)。对照组患者的不良反应发生率为13.89%,观察组患者不良反应发生率为4.84%,观察组患者不良反应发生率明显低于对照组的不良反应发生率(P<0.05)。结论:中医辨证疗法可明显改善眩晕患者的临床症状,具有更好的临床疗效,同时,安全性亦更高,临床推广价值更高。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of TCM syndrome differentiation therapy for patients with vertigo,and to summarize experience to guide clinical treatment.Methods:126 vertigo patients diagnosed and treated in Chinese Medicine Hospital of Susong County,Anqing City,Anhui Province from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and the research subjects were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 63 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with TCM syndrome differentiation therapy for 4 weeks.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.47%(57/63),and the total effective rate of the control group was 68.26%(43/63).The difference in therapeutic effect was significant(P<0.05).The total number of vertigo attacks and the total vertigo time of two groups before treatment were not statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the total number of vertigo attacks and total vertigo time were significantly reduced in both groups,but the observation group was better(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 13.89%,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.84%.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM syndrome differentiation therapy can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms of vertigo patients,and has better clinical efficacy.At the same time,the safety is higher and the clinical promotion value is higher.
