止嗽散加味治疗感冒后咳嗽风寒痰湿证的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨止嗽散加味治疗感冒后咳嗽风寒痰湿证的临床疗效。方法:将2016年1月-2020年6月在佛山市高明区人民医院呼吸内科及中医科治疗的80例感冒后咳嗽风寒痰湿证患者随机分为两组,每组各40例,对照组使用复方右美沙芬止咳糖浆治疗,观察组使用止嗽散加味治疗,对比两组的临床疗效、咳嗽症状积分变化、不良反应。结果:观察组治疗有效率为95.00%(38/40),明显高于对照组的75.00%(30/40)(P<0.05);观察组治疗后日间咳嗽症状积分、夜间咳嗽症状积分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后困倦、口干、头晕、心悸等不良反应发生率与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:止嗽散加味治疗感冒后咳嗽风寒痰湿证的临床疗效显著,能有效宣肺疏风散寒、祛湿化痰止咳,对咳嗽的抑制效果好,且安全性高,具有积极的临床意义。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of modified Zhisou powder(止嗽散)in the treatment of cough after cold with wind-cold phlegm-dampness syndrome.Methods:80 patients with cough after cold with wind-cold phlegm-dampness syndrome in People’s Hospital of Gaoming District from January 2016 to June 2020 were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group,the control group was treated with compound dextromethorphan cough syrup,and the observation group received modified Zhisou powder.The clinical curative effect,adverse reactions,cough symptoms integral change of two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate was 95.00%(38/40)in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 75.00%(30/40)in the control group(P<0.05).Scores of cough symptoms in day and night in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions such as drowsiness,dry mouth,dizziness and palpitations in the observation group was not significantly different from that in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Modified Zhisou powder has significant clinical efficacy in treating cough after cold with wind-cold phlegm-dampness syndrome,it can effectively promote lung function,disperse wind and cold,and reduce phlegm and stop cough.It has good inhibitory effect on cough and is of high safety and positive clinical significance.
