复方中药熏洗配合中医护理干预对肛裂术后患者伤口愈合情况的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方中药熏洗配合中医护理干预对肛裂术后患者伤口愈合情况的影响。方法:选择2019年3月-2020年3月茂名市中医院收治的150例肛裂术后患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分成参照组与试验组,各组有75例,其中参照组实施传统的护理干预,试验组实施复方中药熏洗配合中医护理干预,对比两组患者护理疗效。结果:试验组的创面甲级、乙级、丙级等愈合率均显著高于参照组,对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组术后换药时疼痛程度、排便时的疼痛程度、排尿困难评分均低于参照组,各项数据比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);参照组的护理满意度为72.0%(54/75),试验组的护理满意度为96.0%(72/75),两组比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对肛裂手术患者实施中药熏洗配合中医护理干预,能显著加快患者创面的愈合速度,环节患者疼痛,减少便血次数,提高护理满意度,值得推荐使用。Objective:To explore the effect of compound Chinese medicine fumigation combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention on wound healing of patients with anal fissure after operation.Methods:150 cases of patients with anal fissure after operation in Maoming Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional nursing intervention,and the experimental group was given compound Chinese medicine fumigation combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention.Results:The wound healing rates of Grade A,B and C in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,which was with statistical significance(P<0.05);the pain degree,defecation pain degree and dysuria score in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,which was with statistical significance(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the control group was 72.0%(54/75),and the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 96%(72/75),the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)fumigation combined with TCM nursing intervention can significantly speed up the wound healing speed of patients with anal fissure surgery,relieve the pain of patients,reduce the number of bloody stools,and improve nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of recommendation.
