MDT干预模式在急性多发性肋骨骨折患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨多学科协同治疗(MDT)干预模式在急性多发性肋骨骨折患者中的应用。方法:选取2018-04~2019-10河南省永城市神火总医院收治的急性多发性肋骨骨折患者102例,根据入院时间进行分组,分为观察组51例和对照组51例。对照组行常规急诊救治模式,观察组采用MDT干预模式,比较两组患者抢救时间、术后并发症发生率。结果:观察组入院后医师到诊时间(17.90±3.21)min、急性检查时间(23.69±3.17)min、急诊室停留时间(40.75±7.39)min均较对照组[(25.64±3.79)min、(40.18±3.22)min、(61.52±7.58)min]短;观察组术后并发症发生率3.92%较对照组17.65%低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MDT干预模式应用于急性多发性肋骨骨折患者中可有效缩短抢救时间,提高护理质量,还可降低治疗后并发症发生风险。Objective:To investigate the effect of multidisciplinary cooperative therapy(MDT)intervention mode in patients with acute multiple rib fractures.Methods:One hundred and two patients with acute multiple rib fracture admitted to Henan Shenhuo Group Staff General Hospital from April 2018 to October 2019 were selected and divided into observation group and control group,51 patients in each group according to the admission time.The control group was treated with conventional emergency treatment mode,and the observation group was treated with MDT intervention mode.The rescue time and incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After admission,the observation group was shorter than the control group(25.64±3.79)min,(40.18±3.22)min,(61.52±7.58)min in the time of doctor's visit,acute examination time(23.69±3.17)min and emergency room stay time(40.75±7.39)min,the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group 3.92%vs.17.65%.The above differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:MDT intervention mode applied in the treatment of acute multiple rib fractures can effectively shorten the rescue time,improve the quality of nursing,and reduce the risk of complications after treatment.
