摘　　要：文章指出我国图书情报科研存在研究属性不足和重要创新缺乏的共性问题,反映出在“何为研究、如何研究、为谁研究”等影响论文质量的研究规律上缺乏统一认识。为此,文章围绕以上问题探究高质量图书情报科研所应秉持的研究认识论、方法论和价值观。高质量图书情报学成果需立足中国本土开展规律性问题探究,围绕知识创新遵守更高层次科学规范,倡导研究工作形成连贯体系,建立基于内容价值激励的长效评价机制。In reference to article publication and internationalization today,this paper points out the common problems of insufficient research attributes and lack of important innovation in Chinese library and information science research.This phenomenon shows that the connotation in research,i.e.,what to study,how to study and for whom,is not fully understood in the LIS circle.Therefore,this paper examines the framework of epistemology,methodology and values of scientific research of the subject field and considers that high quality library and information science research should be based on China.Theories that are useful for knowledge innovation should be explored.Higher level scientific norms should be duly observed.Academic achievements should form a coherent system with a long-term evaluation mechanism based on content value and contribution in place.
