四子种王胶囊治疗弱畸形精子症对精子DNA碎片指数的影响

摘　　要：目的观察四子种王胶囊治疗弱畸形精子症的临床疗效及对患者精子DNA碎片指数(DFI)的影响。方法将96例弱畸形精子症患者按照随机数字表法分为2组,对照组48例予维生素E软胶囊口服治疗,治疗组48例予四子种王胶囊口服治疗。2组均治疗3个月后统计疗效,比较2组治疗前后精子浓度、前向运动精子百分率、正常形态精子率及精子DFI;治疗结束后随访6个月,统计比较2组患者配偶妊娠率。结果治疗后,2组精子浓度、前向运动精子百分率、正常形态精子率均较本组治疗前提高(P<0.05),精子DFI降低(P<0.05),且治疗组精子浓度、前向运动精子百分率、正常形态精子率均高于对照组(P<0.05),精子DFI低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率87.50%(42/48),对照组总有效率66.67%(32/48),治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。随访6个月,治疗组配偶妊娠率27.08%(13/48),对照组配偶妊娠率10.42%(5/48),治疗组配偶妊娠率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论四子种王胶囊治疗弱畸形精子症疗效确切,可以降低精子DFI,提高精子密度、前向运动精子率、正常形态率和配偶临床妊娠率。Objective To observe the effect of Sizi zhongwang capsule for sperm DNA fragment index(DFI)asthenoteratozoospermia.Methods Totally 96 asthenoteratozoospermia men were randomly divided into two groups,48 cases in control group were treated with given oral vitamin E,and 48 cases in treatment group with oral Sizi zhongwang capsule.The treatment continued for 3 months,the aim was to compare sperm concentration(SC),percentage of forward sperm motility(FSM)and normal sperm morphology rate(NSMR),sperm DFI,and the curative effect between groups;as well as the spouse pregnancy rate(SPR)during 6-monthfollowed-up.Results After treatment,SC,percentage of FSM,NSMR in groups significantly upregulated,which upregulated notably in treatment group when compared with cortrol group;sperm DFI in groups decreased,which was significantly decreased in treatment group than in control group;and with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total effective rates in treatment group and control group were 87.50%(42/48)and 66.67%(32/48),respectively,the curative effect being better in treatment group than control group(P<0.05);the SPR was better in treatment group than in control group during 6-monthfollowed-up[27.08%(13/48)vs 10.42%(5/48),(P<0.05),respectively].Conclusions For asthenoteratozoospermia men,Sizi zhongwang capsule has definite curative effect,can reduce sperm DFI,improve the percentage of SC,FSM,NSMR,and SPR.
