参苓白术散加减联合盐酸帕罗西汀片治疗脾虚痰湿型早泄伴超质量患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察参苓白术散加减联合盐酸帕罗西汀片治疗脾虚痰湿型早泄(PE)伴超质量患者的临床疗效。方法将60例脾虚痰湿型早泄伴超质量患者按照随机数字表法分为2组,治疗组38例予参苓白术散加减联合盐酸帕罗西汀片治疗,对照组22例单纯予盐酸帕罗西汀片治疗,2组疗程均为12周。比较2组治疗前后阴道内射精潜伏时间(IELT)、中国早泄患者性功能评价表(CIPE)评分、体质量指数(BMI)、国际勃起功能指数-5(IIEF-5)评分变化;评价2组患者治疗后性生活满意度;记录2组治疗期间出现的不良反应。结果2组治疗后IELT、CIPE评分均较本组治疗前升高(P<0.05),且治疗组升高更明显(P<0.05)。2组治疗后BMI均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),但2组治疗后BMI比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组治疗前后及治疗后IIEF-5评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组性生活总满意率78.95%(30/38),对照组性生活总满意率59.10%(13/22),2组性生活总满意率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组不良反应总发生率23.68%(9/38),对照组不良反应总发生率27.27%(6/22),2组不良反应总发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论参苓白术散加减联合盐酸帕罗西汀片治疗脾虚痰湿型PE伴超质量疗效较好,在改善IELT、CIPE同时可改善患者超质量状态,不影响勃起功能,不良反应少,优于单纯应用盐酸帕罗西汀片治疗。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Shenling Baizhu Powder combined with paroxetine hydrochloride tablets for patientswith premature ejaculation(PE)due to obesity(spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness).MethodsTotally 60 patients withPEdue to obesity(spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness)were randomly divided into treatment group(n=38)and control group(n=22).Patients in treatment group were treated with modified Shenling Baizhu Powder combined with paroxetine hydrochloride tablets,and patients in control group with the same dose of paroxetine hydrochloride tablets alone.Treated for 12 weeks,the key observation was intravaginal ejaculation latency time(IELT),Chinese Index of Premature Ejaculation(CIPE),body mass index(BMI),international index of erectile function(IIEF-5),Sexual life satisfaction,and adversedrug reactions.ResultsAfter treatment,IELT and CIPE in groups were significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.05),which in treatment group increased significantly(P<0.05);while BMI in groups was significantly lower(P<0.05),difference was no significant between groups(P>0.05);IIEF-5 scores was no statistically significant difference between groups(P>0.05);the total satisfaction rate in treatment group was 78.95%(30/38)and in control group 59.10%(13/22),difference was no significant between groups(P>0.05);the total incidence of adverse reactions in treatment group and control group was 23.68%(9/38)and 27.27%(6/22,respectively,without significant difference(P>0.05).ConclusionFor patients with PE due to overweight(spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness),modified Shenling Baizhu Powder combined with paroxetine hydrochloride tablets has better curative effect,can improve IELT,CIPE and overweight;Minor adverse reactions do not affect erectile function and are superior to paroxetine hydrochloride tablets alone.
