摘　　要：目的观察针刺对乳房切除术后疼痛综合征(PMPS)患者疼痛程度和焦虑程度的影响。方法将90例PMPS按照随机数字表法分为2组,在患者每次按周期返院行乳腺癌术后规范化疗或靶向治疗时,对照组45例予双氯芬酸钠缓释片对症止痛治疗,治疗组45例予针刺治疗。2组均21 d为1个周期,每周期治疗4 d,治疗4个周期。观察2组治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)变化;比较2组治疗后焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分;观察2组治愈情况。结果治疗组较对照组更能缓解患者疼痛程度(P<0.05);治疗组较对照组焦虑程度降低(P<0.05);2组治愈情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在限定治疗周期内针刺治疗并不能带来治愈上的显著优势。结论针刺治疗PMPS,可缓解患者疼痛、焦虑程度。Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture therapy for degree of pain and anxiety of patients with post-mastectomy pain syndrome(PMPS).Methods Ninety PMPS patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,those underwent regular postoperative chemotherapy or targeted therapy according to the cycle,45 cases in control group were given with symptomatic therapy(diclofenac sodium sustained release tablets),and 45 cases in treatment group with acupuncture therapy.The treatment continued for 4 cycles(1 cycle for 21 d,and 4-day treatment time in each cycle),the key observation was visual analogue scale(VAS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),and cure situation.Results Compared with control group,the treatment group displayed better pain relief(P<0.05);decrease anxiety degree(P<0.05),cure status were no significant difference between groups(P>0.05).The result of treatment cycle showed that acupuncture therapy had no significant advantages in treatment of curing patients.Conclusion For PMPS patients,acupuncture therapy can relieve degree of pain and anxiety.
