摘　　要：目的:探讨青海省农牧区老年慢性病患者的健康相关生命质量状况及其影响因素,为提高其HRQoL提供参考。方法:采用多阶段抽样法选取836名农牧区老年慢性病患者进行问卷调查,通过Tobit回归对HRQoL的影响因素进行分析。结果:EQ-5D中健康效用值为0.877(0.711,0.942);Tobit回归显示个人可支配收入较高、家庭关系和睦、每天饮酒、每周体育锻炼3次以上是健康效用值的保护因素,少数民族、离异或丧偶、离退休、无业或失业、合并慢性病数量增加是健康效用值的危险因素。结论:农牧区老年慢性病患者的HRQoL状况不容乐观。降低可控危险因素的风险,扩大保护因素的影响效果,对整体提升青海省农牧区老年慢性病患者的HRQoL具有重要意义。Objective:To explore the health-related quality of life(HRQoL)and its influencing factors of elderly patients with chronic diseases in agricultural and pastoral areas of Qinghai Province,so as to provide references for improving HRQoL.Methods:836 elderly patients with chronic diseases in agricultural and pastoral areas were taken into the survey by the method of multistage sampling.The influencing factors of HRQoL were analyzed by Tobit regression analysis.Results:Health utility value of EQ-5D was 0.877(0.711,0.942).The Tobit results showed that high personal disposable income,harmonious family relations,daily drinking,and physical exercise more than 3 times a week were the protective factors of health utility value.Being ethnic minorities,divorced or widowed,retired,unemployed,and increased number of combined chronic diseases were risk factors of health utility value.Conclusion:The HRQoL of elderly patients with chronic diseases in agricultural and pastoral areas is not optimistic.Reducing the risk of controllable risk factors and expanding the impact of protective factors are of great significance for the overall improvement of the HRQoL of elderly patients with chronic diseases in agricultural and pastoral areas in Qinghai province.
