摘　　要：介绍了地下车库工程后浇带与施工缝的优化设计、塔式起重机基础处理技术方案。从上述两方面阐述了结构自防水的优势及具体施工方式。采用后浇带与施工缝优化设计及塔吊基础处理技术方案,达到了施工方便、施工质量优、节省成本的目的,具有推广意义。The optimized design of the post-pouring belt,construction joint of the underground garage project and the technical plan for the treatment of the foundation of the tower crane were introduced.The advantages of structural self-waterproofing and specific construction methods were described.The use of post-pouring belt,construction joint optimization design and tower crane foundation treatment technical scheme achieved convenient construction,excellent construction quality and low cost.They are worthy of promotion.
