摘　　要：本文主要简单介绍了转换层的相关内容,阐述了转换层结构的设计原则和设计要点,探讨了转换层的小高层建筑结构的有效设计,以加强对转换层小高层建筑结构设计的研究,转变传统的小高层建筑结构设计模式,顺应时代发展潮流,满足高层建筑现代化发展需求,为人们提供更为舒适、广阔的建筑空间,解决城市住房问题,促使高层建筑朝着功能多样化方向发展,从而为小高层建筑工程建设带来更多的经济效益和社会效益。This paper briefly introduces the relevant contents of the transfer floor,expounds the design principles and key points of the transfer floor structure,and discusses the effective design of the transfer floor small high-rise building structure,so as to strengthen the research on the structural design of the transfer floor small high-rise building,change the traditional structural design mode of the transfer floor small high-rise building,conform to the trend of the times,meet the modern development needs of the highrise building,provide people with more comfortable and broad building space,solve the urban housing problem,and promote the high-rise building to develop in the direction of functional diversification,thus bringing more economy to the construction of the small high-rise building.
