摘 要:高温有风环境下的混凝土养护一直是个难题,通过在原有薄膜保水养护工艺的基础上发展出的双层保水体系来养护混凝土,增加的覆盖层不仅可以减缓混凝面水分蒸发速度,降低混凝土表面温度,还可以降低下层薄膜随风扬起折叠、蒸汽聚集鼓包导致混凝土面质量缺陷问题的出现频次,从而适应高热有风环境,使混凝土养护施工符合标准。The curing of concrete under high temperature and windy environment has always been a problem.The two-layer water retention system developed on the basis of the original film water retention curing process is used to cure the concrete.The increased cover layer can not only slow down the evaporation rate of the concrete surface,but also Reducing the surface temperature of the concrete can also reduce the frequency of the occurrence of defects in the concrete surface caused by the folding of the lower film with the wind and the bulging of steam accumulation,so as to adapt to the high-heat and windy environment and make the concrete curing construction meet the standards.
