摘  要:道岔是一种使机车车辆从一股道转入另一股道的线路连接设备,也是轨道的薄弱环节之一,通常在车站、编组站大量铺设。西安地铁三号线采用整体道床长轨枕道岔形式,道岔框架尺寸在施工阶段完成固定,运营期间无法通过轨距、滑床板、地脚螺栓等调整道岔框架至设计值。随着列车通行总重增加、道岔尖轨和基本轨产生侧磨导致尖轨轨头宽度逐渐变窄,引起侧向冲击力过大、道岔曲基本轨曲折矢度不良,从而造成滑床板受力过大,导致大量滑床板开焊断裂等病害。西安地铁针对普通滑床板病害进行分类,研究分析病害成因,是目前国内运营地铁线路中首条将普通滑床板技术创新改造为带轨撑滑床板,减小了道岔的转换阻力,抑制了基本轨外翻变形,改善受力状态,提高了道岔运行的可靠性。Turnout is a kind of line connection equipment that makes rolling stock turn from one track to another,and it is also one of the weak links of track,which is usually laid in a large number of stations and marshalling stations.Xi‘an Metro Line 3 adopts the turnout with integral track bed and long sleeper.The size of turnout frame is fixed in the construction stage.During operation,it is impossible to adjust the turnout frame to the design value by gauge,sliding bed plate and anchor bolt.With the increase of the total weight of train traffic,the side wear of switch point rail and basic rail leads to the gradual narrowing of the width of the point rail head,which leads to excessive lateral impact force and poor zigzag vector of switch curved basic rail,thus causing excessive stress on the sliding bed plate,resulting in a large number of diseases such as welding fracture of sliding bed plate.Xi‘an Metro classified the common sliding bed board diseases,studies and analyzes the causes of the diseases.It is the first subway line in operation in China to transform the common sliding bed board into a sliding bed board with rail support,which reduces the switch resistance,inhibits the eversion deformation of the basic rail,improves the stress state,and improves the reliability of turnout operation.
