摘 要:船坞工程中,坞底板、坞墙、坞口、坞墩等经常使用大体积混凝土结构,常因掺合料、胶凝材料用量、结构设计、浇筑工艺及降低混凝土绝热升温的措施等一系列因素容易产生裂缝。水运工程的特殊性,使环境对大体积混凝土裂缝有着较高要求。通过对某境外船坞项目裂缝产生的原因进行分析,结合多年的施工经验,提出防止裂缝产生的技术措施,从而提高混凝土抗裂能力。In dock engineering,large-volume concrete structures are often used in dock bottom plates,dock walls,docks,and dock piers,often due to a series of measures such as mixing materials,cementing material consumption,structural design,pouring technology,and measures to reduce heat insulation of concrete Factors are prone to cracks.The particularity of water transportation projects makes the environment have higher requirements for mass concrete cracks.Through analysis on the causes of cracks in an overseas dock project,combined with years of construction experience,technical measures to prevent cracks are proposed to improve crack resistance of concrete.
