摘  要:为了研究加弹工艺对原液着色锦纶6弹力丝物理性能与颜色的影响,文章以原液着色蓝色锦纶6预取向丝(87 dtex/24 f)为原料,制备了原液着色蓝色锦纶6弹力丝,探讨了不同牵伸倍数、假捻速比、热箱温度和网络气压下原液着色锦纶6弹力丝的物性指标和颜色特征值。结果表明:原液着色蓝色锦纶6预取向丝经过加弹后,断裂强度增大,断裂伸长率减小,颜色向绿色与蓝色偏移。牵伸倍数1.338,假捻速比1.8,热箱温度165℃,网络气压0.5×10^(5) Pa,获得原液着色蓝色锦纶6弹力丝断裂强度、卷曲收缩率、卷曲稳定性较高,物理性能较优。随着热箱温度的升高,纤维明度提高,颜色向绿色、蓝色方向偏移;随着网络气压的增大,纤维明度值和饱和度下降,颜色向红色和蓝色偏移。To investigate the influence of draw texturing process on properties and color of dope dyed nylon-6 draw textured yarn(DTY),the dope dyed blue nylon-6 pre-oriented yarn(87 dtex/24 f)was used as raw material to prepare the dope dyed blue nylon-6 draw textured yarn.The physical properties and color features of dope dyed blue nylon-6 draw textured yarns under different draw ratios,D/Y ratio,heater temperature and network pressure were discussed.The results showed that after the draw texturing,the breaking strength of the dope dyed blue nylon-6 pre-oriented yarn increased,the breaking elongation decreased,the color turned to green and blue.When the draw ratio was 1.338,D/Y ratio was 1.8,heater temperature was 165℃and network pressure was 0.5×10^(5) Pa,the dope dyed blue nylon 6 DTY was obtained with better breaking strength,crimp contraction,high crimp stability and excellent physical properties.As the heater temperature increased,the fiber brightness increased,and the color turned to green and blue.As the network pressure increased,the fiber brightness and saturation decreased,and the color turned to red and blue.
