摘　　要：在中国共产党的领导下,我国医疗保障制度实现了从无到有、从有到优的百年发展历程,经历了从建党初期到中华人民共和国成立的早期实践;从建国伊始到新医改跨越60年的建立、发展与改革;从新医改至今医保制度在新时代走向成熟和完善。百年医保的发展道路,充分体现了中国共产党全心全意为人民服务的根本宗旨和以人民健康为中心的发展理念;集中力量办大事的制度优势;实事求是、从实践中来到实践中去的工作作风和不畏艰难、与时俱进、勇于创新的改革精神。Under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,China’s medical security system has realized a hundred year development process from scratch and from existence to excellence.It has experienced three stages:the early practice from the early days of the founding of the party to the founding of the people’s Republic of China,the establishment,development and reform spanning 60 years from the founding of the people’s Republic of China to the new medical reform,and the maturity and perfection since the new medical reform in the new era.The development path of a hundred year medical insurance fully embodies the fundamental purpose of the Communist Party of China to serve the people wholeheartedly and the development concept centered on people’s health,embodies the institutional advantages of concentrating on major events,embodies the work style of seeking truth from facts and coming from practice and embodies the reform spirit of fearing difficulties,keeping pace with the times and being brave in innovation.
