协同集聚对出口技术复杂度的影响研究——基于区域创新中介效应检验

摘　　要：提高出口技术含量、增强国际贸易竞争力是我国对外开放的重要目标。本文基于省级面板数据,探究知识密集型服务业与制造业协同集聚对出口技术复杂度的影响机制,论证协同集聚和出口技术复杂度间关系成立的边界条件。研究发现:协同集聚显著影响出口技术复杂度,协同集聚是激发与提升出口技术复杂度的重要因素;协同集聚通过区域创新提升出口技术复杂度,区域创新在协同集聚影响出口技术复杂度的过程中发挥中介作用;产业结构高级化对协同集聚影响区域创新发挥调节作用,产业创新规模对区域创新影响出口技术复杂度发挥调节作用。因此,应强化知识密集型服务业与制造业协同集聚,提升出口技术复杂度和出口贸易竞争力;构建区域创新系统,重视区域创新发展的贸易促进作用;推动产业转型升级,实现产业结构高级化;扩大产业创新规模,促进高新技术产业发展。Improving sophistication of export and strengthening export market competitiveness are significant goals of China’s opening strategy. Based on provincial panel data,this paper explores the influence mechanism of the collaborative agglomeration of knowledge-intensive service industry and manufacturing industry on the complexity of export technology,and demonstrates the boundary conditions for the establishment of the relationship between collaborative agglomeration and export technology complexity. It is found that collaborative agglomeration has a significant positive effect on promoting China’s export technology complexity,and it also performs a key factor for stimulating and improving China’s export technology complexity. Collaborative agglomeration can mobilize continuous improvement of export technology complexity through methods like the regional innovation. The advancement of industrial structure can regulate relationship between collaborative agglomeration and regional innovation. Therefore,the advancement of industrial structure can play greater role in promoting collaborative agglomeration. In addition,industrial innovation scale can regulate relationship between regional innovation and export technology complexity. Therefore,the knowledge-intensive service industry and the manufacturing industry should be strengthened to increase the complexity of export technology and export trade competitiveness. We should build a regional innovation system,pay attention to the trade promotion role of regional innovation and development;promote industrial transformation and upgrading,realize advanced industrial structure;expand the scale of industrial innovation,and promote the development of high-tech industries.
