当归芍药散加味方治疗输卵管积液疗效及对子宫内膜容受性的影响

摘　　要：目的观察当归芍药散加味方治疗输卵管积液的临床疗效及对子宫内膜容受性的影响。方法选择2018年12月—2020年6月在河北省沧州中西医结合医院接受治疗的146例输卵管积液患者,随机分为2组,对照组73例予以腹腔镜手术治疗,观察组73例于腹腔镜术后加用当归芍药散加味方治疗4周,比较2组患者临床疗效、子宫内膜厚度、子宫动脉阻力指数(RI)、搏动指数(PI)情况及子宫内膜类型情况。结果观察组总有效率为84.9%(62/73),明显高于对照组的64.4%(47/73),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的子宫内膜厚度大于对照组(P<0.05),RI、PI均低于对照组(P均<0.05)。观察组治疗后的子宫内膜A、B型率为86.3%(63/73),明显高于对照组的64.4%(47/73),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在腹腔镜手术治疗基础上联合当归芍药散加味方治疗输卵管积液可有效提高治疗效果,且有利于提高子宫内膜容受性。Objective It is to observe the clinical efficacy of modified decoction of Danggui Shaoyao Powder in the treatment of fallopian tubal effusion and its influence on endometrial receptivity.Methods A total of 146 patients with tubal effusion who were treated in Cangzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from December 2018 to June 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group(n=73)was treated with laparoscopic surgery.The observation group(n=73)was treated with modified decoction of Danggui Shaoyao Powder for 4 weeks after the operation.The clinical efficacy,endometrial thickness,uterine artery resistance index(RI),pulsatility index(PI)and endometrium type were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 84.9%(62/73),which was higher than 64.4%(47/73)of the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).The endometrial thickness of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the RI and PI were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The rates of endometrial A and B types in the observation group after treatment were 86.3%(63/73),which was higher than 64.4%(47/73)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified decoction of Danggui Shaoyao Powder based on laparoscopic surgery can effectively improve the curative effect in the treatment of tubal effusion,and it is beneficial to improve endometrial receptivity.
