摘 要:采用Barmag环吹技术熔体直纺生产超细旦纤维,对133.3 dtex/144f细旦多孔聚酯预取向丝(POY)纺丝组件的设计和组装工艺进行了研究。理论和生产实践表明:133.3 dtex/144f品种喷丝板直径为88 mm,孔排列成4圈时情况最佳;喷丝板微孔长度为0.15 mm、微孔长径比选择为3.33时比较合适;特殊设计的喷丝板山峰槽导流结构,砂杯、导流板、分配板有效避免了组件内部的死角,增强了熔体的混合效果;当七层滤网规格为700目,搭配60目100 g金属砂和80目200 g金属砂时,组件的上机压力为15.2 MPa,上机成功率96.6%,使用周期45 d;实际生产中,组件预热炉温度设定为325℃,预热时间为8 h并恒温4 h,可以满足生产需求。An ultrafine denier fiber was produced by melt direct spinning with Barmag ring blowing technology,the design and assembly process of 133.3 dtex/144 f fine denier porous polyester pre-oriented yarn(POY)spinning component were studied.The theory and production practice suggest that:the spinning condition is the best when the diameter of the spinneret of the 133.3 dtex/144 f POY is 88 mm,and the holes are arranged in 4 circles.The condition is suitable when the micropore length of spinneret is 0.15 mm and the ratio of micropore length to diameter is 3.33.The specially designed groove diversion structure of spinneret,sand cup,guide plate and distribution plate can effectively avoid dead corners inside the assembly and promote the mixing effect of melt.When the mesh number of the seven-layer filter screen is 700,coupled with 100 g metal sand in mesh#60 and 200 g metal sand in mesh#80,the operating pressure of the assembly is 15.2 MPa,the success rate is 97.6%,and the service life is up to 45 d.In practical production,when the preheating temperature is set to 325℃,the preheating time is 8 h and the temperature is held for 4 h,the production requirements can be met.
