纳米银抗菌针织物的制备与性能研究

摘　　要：采用喷雾式抗菌后整理设备,用纳米金作为负载将纳米银抗菌整理剂整理喷在涤纶针织面料上,制备具有良好耐久性能的抗菌面料。用X射线光电子能谱仪和电子扫描显微镜对抗菌整理后的织物进行表征。结果表明:纳米银成功附着于涤纶织物上,颗粒圆润。对比分析面料整理前后的结构参数、机械性能和舒适性能变化,并对面料进行抗菌耐水洗性能测试。经过抗菌后整理过程对涤纶面料基本性能的影响不大;水洗50次后,试样仍具有抗菌性,耐久性能良好。In this paper,spray-type antibacterial finishing equipment was used.By taking nano-gold as the load,nano-silver antibacterial finishing agent was sprayed on the knitted polyester fabric to prepare antibacterial fabrics with good durability.X-ray photoelectron spectrometer and electron scanning microscope were used to characterize the fabric after antibacterial finishing.The results indicated that the nano-silver was successfully attached to the polyester fabric,and the particles were round.The structural parameters,mechanical properties and comfort before and after fabric finishing were compared and analyzed,and the antibacterial and laundry-resistant properties of the fabrics were tested.It is concluded that the antibacterial finishing process has little effect on the basic properties of polyester fabrics.After washing for 50 times,the samples still have antibacterial properties and good durability.
