摘 要:针对虚拟试衣状态下着装应力散点式采样的局限性,利用图像分析方法,对服装应力可视区域分布效应进行分析和评价。采用交互式或样板预分割的方式,对服装部位进行划分;对采样区域进行图像分割、应力分区和应力匹配处理;提取应力均匀度、偏斜度、波动度3项特征指标,对受力区域应力效应进行分析和比对。此外,通过多部位联合应力分布计算,可以输出服装整体应力分布效应值。实验部分采用紧身衣作为示例,结果表明:利用开发的分析软件评定各部位的应力分布情况,应力综合评价值为0.636,偏向高应力分布区间,各部位应力分析时间损耗小于0.4 s。融合图像分析的应力动态反馈方式,可辅助虚拟试衣时合体性评价,提高服装产品设计效能。In view of the limitations of scattered sampling of stress in virtual fitting,image analysis method was used to analyze and evaluate the distribution effect of garment stress in visible areas.Garment parts were divided by interactive or template pre-segmentation;image segmentation,stress partitioning and stress matching techniques were carried out in the sampling areas.Three characteristic indexes of the uniformity,skewness and fluctuation of stress were extracted to analyze and compare stress effects in the stress areas.Moreover,by calculating the distribution of joint stress of multiple parts,the overall stress distribution value of the garment can be output.In the experimental part,we took a straitjacket as an example.The results showed that after using the analysis software developed to evaluate stress distribution of various parts,the comprehensive evaluation of stress was 0.636,which was inclined to a high stress distribution range.The time cost of stress analysis in each part was less than 0.4 s.The dynamic stress feedback mode combining image analysis can assist fitness evaluation during virtual fitting,and promote the efficiency of garment design.
