摘 要:为了解大洋河刀鲚繁殖生物学资料,本研究对2020年4-9月采集于大洋河下游河段4处点位的253尾刀鲚进行了繁殖生物学分析。结果显示:大洋河刀鲚样本体长范围175~345 mm,均值为(245±27)mm,体重范围27.7~220.4 g,均值为(67.7±26.7)g,年龄以2龄为主,占74.1%,雌雄总体性比为1∶1.13;雌雄鱼初次性成熟体长和年龄分别为229 mm、1.5龄和212 mm、1.2龄。通过成熟系数(GSI)和卵径大小分析,繁殖时间集中在6-7月份,GSI和卵径最高值分别为(15.08±3.94)%、(0.89±0.20)mm,9月GSI降至最低点为(0.65±0.20)%,10月前后刀鲚入海摄食准备越冬。绝对繁殖力范围在10853~84717粒,均值为(44617±26417)粒,相对繁殖力为(364±133)粒/g。绝对繁殖力与体长和体重呈正线性相关,但体重相关优势更为明显。The present study described and characterized the reproductive biology of Coilia nasus,based on monthly samples collected from Dayang River, from April 2020 to September 2020.The changes in body length, age, egg diameter and gonadosomatic index(GSI) were studied.The results showed that the sample length of C.nasus ranged from 175 to 345 mm, with an average of(245±27) mm.The body weight ranged from 27.7 to 220.4 g, with an average of(67.7± 26.7) g.The age two fish accounted for 74.1% of the C.nasus samples, and the ratio of male to female was 1∶1.13.The length and age of the female at first sexual maturity were 229 mm and age 1.5,while that of male fish was 211 mm and age 1.2.According to the GSI and egg diameter size analysis, the breeding time was concentrated in June and July, with the highest values of GSI and egg diameter 15.08%±3.94 % and(0.89±0.20) mm.GSI reached the lowest point in September, and C.nasus entered the sea to feed winter around October.In 253 pre-spawning females and males(the standard length ranged from 175 to 345 mm),the absolute fecundity ranged from 10 853 to 84 717 eggs, with a mean value of(44 617±26 417) eggs, and the relative fecundity was(364±133) eggs/g.Both body length and body weight were directly proportional to absolute fecundity in C.nasus,but the body weight was more prominent.This study filled in the reproductive biology data available for C.nasus and provided a scientific basis for protecting and sustainable utilization of C.nasus resources in Dayang River.
