摘　　要：文章认为创新行为具有高级化与集群化特征,明确创新行为锚定与城市创新空间供给的关系,进而概括城市创新空间供给的制度环境。引入阿朗索的城市竞租模型以研究独立创新源的理想城市竞租行为,揭示综合商品单价、土地价格、交通运输成本是主要影响土地竞租选择的因子,并对创新竞租行为进行多中心效应、集群效应、功能混合效应的修正。随后,文章分析制度引入对创新竞租行为的影响,包括制度约束形成级差地租,制度区分级差地租与垄断地租的类型,阐述制度消解正规与非正规创新行为的冲突。最后,文章从制度建设角度提出对城市创新空间的优化措施。The paper expounds the advanced and clustered characteristics of innovation behavior, and clarifies the relationship between innovation behavior anchoring and urban innovation space supply, and then summarizes the institutional environment of urban innovation space supply. By introducing the Bid Rent Mode of Alonsol, it studies isolated bid of land rent behaviors of independent innovation sources, reveals that the comprehensive commodity unit price,land price and transportation cost are the main factors affecting the choice of land rent competition,and corrects the multi center effect, cluster effect and mixed function effect of innovation bid rent behavior. Furthermore, the paper introduces the role of institutional promotion in innovation land rent-seeking, and analyzes the impact of institutional introduction on innovation rent-seeking behavior,including the formation of hierarchical government rent by institutional constraints, the types of hierarchical government rent and monopoly government rent in institutional areas, and the resolution of conflicts between formal and informal innovation behavior. Finally, it puts forward the optimization measures of urban innovation space from the perspective of institutional construction.
