摘 要:随着我国畜牧业飞速发展,饲料资源缺乏的压力日增,人畜争粮的问题也日益突出,合理调控反刍动物瘤胃微生物菌群结构能够提高饲粮的消化率,减少饲料资源浪费。对于反刍动物而言,瘤胃微生物菌群结构的动态稳定对维持反刍动物的健康和生产具有十分重要的意义,而该动态受动物品种、日龄、饲粮结构等因素的影响。本文综述了反刍动物瘤胃微生物菌群结构的影响因素研究进展,以期为瘤胃微生物研究和生产调控提供参考。With the rapid development of animal husbandry in China,the pressure of shortage of feed resources is increasing,and the problem of"people and animals competing for food"is becoming more and more prominent,and the structure of the rumen microbiome can improve the digestibility of feed and reduce the waste of feed resources.For ruminants,the dynamic stability of the structure of the rumen microbial flora is of great significance for maintaining the health and production of ruminants.The dynamic balance is affected by factors such as animal species,age and dietay structure.This article reviews recent domestic and foreign studies on the regulation of rumen microflora structure to provide reference for further research in this field.
