摘  要:碳水化合物、脂肪、蛋白质是动物机体三大能源物质。现行猪营养体系主要建立在能量指标的基础之上,而忽视了不同能源物质供能的特点和比例,具有一定的局限性。因此,在精准营养研究的大背景之下,猪饲粮能源结构体系已成为畜禽能量营养体系的一个重要发展方向。本文主要介绍了三大能源物质的代谢供能规律,综述了三大能源物质各自的独立效应及其组合效应,为猪饲粮能源结构体系的进一步探索奠定基础。Carbohydrate,fat and protein are the three main energy ingredients of animal body.The current pig nutrition system is mainly based on energy index,but it ignores the characteristics and proportion of different feed energy ingredients,which has some limitations.Therefore,under the background of precision nutrition research,the energy structure system of pig feed has become an important development direction of the energy nutrition system of livestock and poultry.In this paper,the metabolism and energy supply rules of the three energy substances were introduced,and the independent effects and combined effects of the three energy substances were summarized,which laid a foundation for further exploration of the dietary energy structure system of pigs.
