摘  要:收集2010—2015年新疆地区的1557头中国荷斯坦种公牛的54085头女儿922753条DHI测定日记录数据,用于中国荷斯坦牛种公牛的后裔测定。运用SAS 8.1软件进行最小二乘分析和泌乳曲线拟合,从而确定测定日模型中的固定效应和子模型,利用DMU软件DMUAI模块结合随机回归模型估计方差组分。结果表明,胎次、测定场、产犊年份、产犊季节和泌乳天数均对产奶性状有极显著影响,各胎次泌乳曲线拟合度在0.9401~0.9804之间,新疆地区中国荷斯坦牛305 d产奶量、乳脂量、乳蛋白量和体细胞评分的遗传力在0.07~0.22之间,根据CPI2获得了排名前10的优秀种公牛,进而为推广应用优秀种公牛冻精提供数据支撑。The data of 922753 DHI daily records were collected from 54085 daughters of 1557 Chinese Holstein bulls in Xinjiang from 2010 to 2015 to determine the descendants of Chinese Holstein bulls.SAS 8.1 software was used for least squares analysis and lactation curve fitting to determine the fixed effects and submodels in the measured date model.The variance components were estimated using the DMU software DMUAI module combined with the random regression model.The results showed that the number of parities,test herd,calving year,calving season and days in milk were high significant effects on the milk production traits;The heritability of 305-day milk yield,fat yield,protein yield and somatic cell score of Chinese Holstein cattle in Xinjiang region were between 0.07 and 0.22.According to CPI2,the cows were ranked as the top 10 excellent bulls.It is helpful to enlarge the genetic advantage of excellent breed bulls,promote the breeding of breeds and accelerate the genetic progress of population.
