摘  要:本试验旨在探究复合饲料添加剂对肉鸡生长性能、血清生化指标、ND抗体效价和肠道组织形态的影响。选取1日龄健康科宝肉鸡1344只,随机分成4组,每组12个重复,每个重复28只鸡。抗生素组在基础饲粮中添加10 mg/kg恩拉霉素,试验组在基础饲粮中分别添加0.8、1.0、1.5 g/kg复合饲料添加剂,试验期42 d。结果表明:1~42日龄,1.0 g/kg复合饲料添加剂组的耗料增重比低于抗生素组(P<0.01);14日龄、28日龄及42日龄时,试验组与抗生素组间的血清谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶和乳酸脱氢酶活性均无显著差异;28日龄时抗生素组的ND抗体效价低于试验组(P<0.05),42日龄时抗生素组ND抗体效价高于0.8 g/kg复合饲料添加剂组(P<0.05);42日龄时,1.0 g/kg复合饲料添加剂组十二指肠绒毛高度/隐窝深度高于抗生素组(P<0.05)。综上,当复合饲料添加剂量为0.8 g/kg时,效果接近恩拉霉素饲喂效果,添加1.0 g/kg的效果优于恩拉霉素。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of compound feed additives on growth performance,serum biochemical indexes,ND antibody titer and intestinal morphology of broilers.A total of 13441-day-old healthy Cobb broilers were randomly divided into 4 groups with 12 replicates per group and 28 broilers per replicate.Antibiotic group was fed the basal diet supplemented with 10 mg/kg Enlamycin.The experimental groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 0.8,1.0 g/kg and 1.5 g/kg compound feed additives,respectively.The experiment lasted for 42 days.The results showed that at d 1 to 42,the ratio of feed to gain in 1.0 g/kg group was significantly lower than that in antibiotic group(P<0.01);At d 14,28 and 42,there was no significant difference in serum aspartate aminotransferase,alanine aminotransferase,alkaline phosphatase and lactate dehydrogenase activities in the test group compared with the antibiotic group(P>0.05);At d 28,the titer of ND antibody in antibiotic group was significantly lower than that in experimental group(P<0.05);At d 42,the titer of ND antibody in antibiotic group was significantly higher than that in 0.8 g/kg groups(P<0.05);4.At d 42,the villus height/crypt depth of duodenum in 1.0 g/kg group was significantly higher than that in antibiotic group(P<0.05).To sum up,when the compound feed additives was supplemented with 0.8 g/kg,the effect is close to that of Enlamycin,and when the compound feed additives was supplemented with 1.0 g/kg,the effect is better than that of Enlamycin.
