摘 要:针对多属性决策存在的信息不确定性与决策补偿性问题,提出基于犹豫模糊BWM与MOORA的多属性决策方法。采用犹豫模糊语义术语集(hesitant fuzzy linguistic term set,HFLTS)表达评价信息来解决专家在多个语义术语间犹豫不定的问题,并纳入比率分析多目标优化法(multi-objective optimization by ratio analysis,MOORA)中对备选方案进行排序,以区间数的形式表达专家评价矩阵,以计算得到的标准绩效值的平均数作为最终的方案优选依据。针对传统的MOORA中属性权重需要从外部获取的问题,采用犹豫模糊数改进的最优最劣法(best-worst method,BWM)确定属性权重。最后,以某企业选购工业机器人问题为例,验证所提方法的有效性。Aiming at the problems of information uncertainty and compensation in multi-attribute decisionmaking,a multi-attribute decision-making method based on hesitant fuzzy BWM and MOORA is proposed.Hesitant fuzzy linguistic term set(HFLTS)is used to express evaluation information to solve the problem that experts are hesitant among multiple semantic terms,and it is included in the multi-objective optimization by ratio analysis(MOORA).Sort the alternatives,express the expert evaluation matrix in the form of interval numbers,and use the average of the calculated standard performance values as the basis for the final optimization of the program.Aiming at the problem that the attribute weights in traditional MOORA need to be obtained from outside,the best-worst method(BWM)improved by hesitant fuzzy number is used to determine the attribute weights.Finally,taking the problem of an enterprise purchasing industrial robots as an example,the effectiveness of the method is verified.
