摘 要:电阻点焊工艺因其高效率和低成本的优点被广泛应用于汽车、轨道交通以及航空航天等载运工具薄壁结构的制造。传统人工抽检的质量监测方法效果差、效率低、成本高,不适合快节拍大批量的生产制造。研究了一种基于动态电阻时域信号的点焊质量过程检测方法,通过对不同板材匹配和上下公差带范围条件下接头质量的分析,来验证该质量评估方法的可靠性,进而研究该方法是否能够改善车身质检的效率和效果。该研究结果旨在为进一步突破电阻点焊质量监控技术提供借鉴。Resistance spot welding is widely used in the manufacturing of thin-walled structuresin vehicles such as automobiles,rail transit and aerospace due to its high efficiency and low cost.The traditional manual sampling quality monitoring method has poor effect,low efficiency and high cost,so it is not suitable for mass production with fast pace.In this paper,a quality process detection method of spot welding based on dynamic resistance time domain signal is studied.The reliability of the quality evaluation method is verified by analyzing the joint quality under the conditions of different plate matching and upper and lower tolerance zones.The purpose of this paper is to provide reference for further breakthrough of resistance spot welding quality monitoring technology.
