摘 要:金属曲面件广泛应用于航空航天和船舶领域,多点成形是一种制造曲面件的有效工艺。由于多点成形中压头较多,其成形过程建模过程费时费力,影响工艺开发效率。文中以方形压头为例,通过基于Python语言的二次开发,建立多点成形有限元仿真模型快速建模方法,提高建模和计算效率,并对帆形件和马鞍形件的成形过程进行示例分析,为多点成形工艺优化提供辅助参考。帆形件的成形模拟结果与文献中的实验结果吻合较好,验证了仿真模型的准确性。分析了不同板厚和曲率半径的帆形件和马鞍形件在成形中的变形与回弹变化规律,结果表明相对弯曲半径相同时,帆形件的回弹量高于马鞍形件。Metal curved workpieces are widely used in the aerospace and marine fields,and multi-point forming is an effective process for manufacturing curved workpieces.Because there are many indenters in multi-point forming,the modeling process of the forming process is time-consuming and laborious,which affects the efficiency of process development.This paper takes the square indenter as an example,through the secondary development based on Python language,establishes a fast modeling method of multi-point forming finite element simulation model,improves the modeling and calculation efficiency,and carries out the forming process of sail-shaped parts and saddle-shaped parts.Example analysis provides an auxiliary reference for multi-point forming process optimization.The simulation results of the sail forming are in good agreement with the experimental results in the literature,which verifies the accuracy of the simulation model.The deformation and springback of sail-shaped parts and saddle-shaped parts with different thicknesses and curvature radius are analyzed.The results show that when the relative bending radius are the same,the springback of the sail-shaped parts is higher than that of the saddle-shaped parts.
