基于基准监管概率安全分析模型的核设施安全审评方法

摘　　要：为解决核设施营运单位开发的概率安全分析(PSA)模型及其软件的差异,导致难以开发兼容性强的基准PSA模型以及独立校核计算困难的问题,有必要针对国际常用PSA软件的模型转换接口,研究利用基于基准PSA模型的安全审评方法,探讨其在核设施安全审评领域应用的可能性。首先,研究了国产PSA软件RiskA以及国外PSA软件RiskSpectrum;然后,探索了在核设施核安全审评工作中使用国产PSA软件进行独立校核计算,以及开发基准监管模型方面的可行性;最后,通过核电厂PSA模型的转换计算和独立校核计算分析,证明了RiskA在建立PSA模型、故障树与事件树分析等方面满足审评需求,并初步探讨了在核设施核安全审评中利用RiskA进行独立校核计算的可行性。In order to develop a benchmark PSA model with strong compatibility which can solve the problems existing in independently checking and calculating,induced by the differences between pro-babilistic safety analysis(PSA)model and the relevant software developed by nuclear facility operators,it is necessary to study the safety review method based on the benchmark PSA model for the model conversion of commonly used international PSA software,and to explore the possibility of applying domestic PSA software in the field of nuclear safety review for nuclear facilities.Firstly,the domestic PSA software RiskA and foreign PSA software RiskSpectrum were studied.Then,the feasibility of using domestic PSA software for independent verification calculation in nuclear safety review of nuclear facilities and the development of benchmark regulatory model were explored.Through the transformation calculation and independent verification calculation analysis of PSA model of nuclear power plant,it is shown that RiskA can meet the requirements of review in terms of establishing PSA model,fault tree and event tree analysis.And a preliminary discussion is conducted of the feasibility of using RiskA for independent verification calculation in nuclear safety review of nuclear facilities.
