摘　　要：本文提出奇数平方阶最完美幻方的通用构造方法,并巧妙运用独特的余函数法给以理论证明。In this paper, the universal method for constructing the most perfect magic square of odd-square order was put forward, and the residual function method was skillfully used to prove this method theoretically.
