摘　　要：本文以具体的铁路用地不动产登记项目为例,归纳总结了铁路用地地籍数据的来源和特点,利用ArcGIS平台建立了铁路用地地籍管理系统并进行相关功能二次开发。结果表明,铁路用地地籍管理系统能够满足铁路用地地籍数据资料的输入、存储、分析和管理需求,系统的实现为铁路用地管理者提供了综合的管理工具,对促进铁路用地科学化、信息化管理具有一定的参考意义。This paper took a specific railway land real estate registration project as an example,summarizing the sources and characteristics of railway Cadastral data,using the ArcGIS platform to establish a railway landing cadastral management system and perform secondary development.The results show that the railway cadastral management system can meet the needs of input,storage,analysis and management of railway cadastral data,and the implementation of the system provides integrated management tools for railway land manager,which has certain reference significance for promoting the scientific and information management of railway land.
