摘　　要：磁场筛选机是一种低弱磁场分选设备,主要应用于铁矿资源开发领域。本文利用磁场筛选机对辽宁某铁矿进行选矿试验,探索合适的工艺流程,并针对选厂工艺流程优化提出合理建议。试验结果表明,选厂可以利用磁场筛选机替代淘洗机作为精选设备,对选厂精矿进行提质,同时达到节水节能的效果。The magnetic field screening machine is a kind of low-weak magnetic field sorting equipment,which is mainly used in the field of iron ore resource development.In this paper,a magnetic field screening machine is used to conduct a beneficiation test on an iron ore in Liaoning,so as to explore a suitable process flow,and put forward reasonable suggestions for the optimization of the process flow of the concentrator.The test results show that the concentrator can use the magnetic field screening machine instead of the elutriation machine as the concentrator to upgrade the concentrate quality of the concentrator while achieving the effect of saving water and energy.
