测绘监理在征地拆迁中的应用研究

摘　　要：近年来,为满足经济建设和公共利益需要,各级政府大力投资基础设施建设项目,其数量呈增长趋势,而征地拆迁是工程建设中一项重要的基础工作,也是工程建设的难点,直接影响工程建设的进度和成本。征地拆迁涉及征收红线范围内的土地测量、房屋测量、青苗清点、地上附着物测量等测绘工作,为确保征地拆迁测绘成果的真实、可靠,保障被征地人的合法利益,征地拆迁必须引入测绘监理机制。因此,本文重点研究了测绘监理在征地拆迁中的应用。In recent years,in order to meet the needs of economic construction and public interest,governments at all levels have invested heavily in infrastructure construction projects,and the number of them has shown an increasing trend,land acquisition and demolition is an important basic work in project construction,and it is also a difficult point in project construction,which directly affects the progress and cost of project construction.Land acquisition and demolition involve surveying and mapping of land survey,house survey,young crop count,and ground attachment survey within the red line of expropriation,in order to ensure the truthfulness and reliability of the surveying and mapping results of land requisition and demolition,and to protect the legitimate interests of land-expropriated persons,a surveying and mapping supervision mechanism must be introduced for land requisition and demolition.Therefore,this paper focuses on the application of surveying and mapping supervision in land acquisition and demolition.
