摘　　要：传统以设计速度作为道路限速值的做法已经不能满足道路的交通运行需求。本文在法律法规、技术标准要求的基础上,分析了道路限速值确定的影响因素,结合道路设计时考虑的技术指标,提出道路限速值调整交通工程论证分析的内容,为道路限速值调整提供技术支撑。The traditional approach of using the road design speed as the value of road speed limit can no longer meet the road traffic operation requirements.Based on the requirements of laws,regulations and technical standards,this paper analyzes the factors influencing the determination of road speed limit value,and puts forward the contents of traffic engineering demonstration and analysis for the adjustment of the road speed limit value by combining the technical indicators considered during the road design,which provides technical support for the adjustment of the road speed limit value.
