摘  要:传统村落景区化进程中,产品业态作为直接面向游客从而实现效益的要素深刻影响着村落旅游的可持续发展。由于村落景区化中政府、企业和村民在村落场域中的角色与权力结构差异形成了不同的组织结构,产品业态作为组织结构差异的外在表征,与不同时期的组织结构有些内在的逻辑关联。以天龙屯堡为案例地,通过对产品业态与组织结构演变特征的分析,得出了组织结构的稳定与否直接决定了产品业态的供给质量、村庄内生力量是形塑产品特色的核心、多元主体共建才能实现产品业态的有效供给的结论,以期为同类型的乡村旅游地提供参考和启示。In the process of traditional village scenic spot,product format,as an element directly facing tourists and realizing benefits,has a profound impact on the sustainable development of village tourism.Due to the differences in the roles and power structures of the government,enterprises and villagers in the village field,different organizational structures are formed.As an external representation of the differences in organizational structures,product formats have some internal logical connections with the organizational structures in different periods.Taking Tianlong Tunpu as an example,through the analysis of the evolution characteristics of product formats and organizational structure,this paper comes to the conclusion that the stability of organizational structure directly determines the supply quality of product formats,the endogenous force of villages is the core of shaping product characteristics,and the effective supply of product formats can be realized only by the joint construction of multiple subjects,In order to provide reference and Enlightenment for the same type of rural tourism destination.
